Brazil Real Estate Asset Management Team

Our asset management team is responsible for advising the Fund Manager on all aspects of real estate investment in Brazil.

The Directors have structured development or acted as investment advisor on over US$2 Billion of real estate assets in Brazil in the last five years and also acts as project manager and project monitor to a number of developers and investors in Brazil. The company has offices in Sao Paulo, Fortaleza and Curitiba.

Their primary function as part of the fund’s investment process is to source attractive investment opportunities and help Real Estate Funds to transact the properties effectively. They also assist on day to day management and asset management of the properties to ensure strong performance of the assets.

The key personnel of the company include:

MD -with over seven years experience in the Brazilian property markets and has been active in structuring and marketing development projects throughout Brazil. He is very active in promoting residential sales to international investors as well as pioneering finance packages to increase the affordability of projects to local occupiers.  He has an extensive network in the Brazilian Real Estate Industry.

COO – has over seven years experience in the Brazilian property markets and has worked in the US markets for three years. He is responsible for coordinating the company’s project monitoring and transaction structuring contracts and manages their Fortaleza office. He is currently coordinating the structuring of development projects with a value in excess of US$1.35bn throughout Brazil.

Director (SP)-  with over 12 years experience in the Brazilian property markets and is responsible for deal sourcing and asset management. He has previously worked at MacKenzie Hill (Cushman & Wakefield’s regional partner) and at HSBC as head of Real Estate Management in charge of over 200 properties. He has an assisted many international companies to establish operations in Brazil as well as structured the development of operational buildings for clients to include Visa, Gillette, Canon, Lucent, HP, Ford and Oral B.

Director (South) -is a Director with over 20 years experience in the Brazilian real estate market. He heads up the Curitiba office and has over US$450m of assets under management and has advised on over US$500m of development projects, primarily in south eastern Brazil.

The company’s primary focus is on residential, shopping and offices (including BTS and Sale and Leaseback) properties in both development and ongoing asset management

The team are putting together a partnership to work with the largest and most respected residential gated community developer in Brazil as well as partnerships with two other regional developers.
